Join us this Saturday at Table 128 for our Chef’s Tasting Menu — a three-course, one-night-only dinner crafted by Chef Lynn and the team.
This week, we’re celebrating late-summer flavors with a menu that highlights the richness of the season:
The Menu
First Course: Summer Wedge – little gem lettuce, smoky blue & buttermilk dressing, pork belly, heirloom tomato, haricot vert, crispy shallot
Second Course: Bone-In Pork Chop – okra, sweet corn & lima bean succotash, Dijon vinaigrette, scallion oil
Third Course: Spiced Rum Cake – crushed pecans, crème fraîche Chantilly, grilled peaches
Optional wine pairings have been selected to complement each course, beginning with a crisp Riesling, moving into a Rhône blend, and finishing with a Madeira.
